Submit Your Application
Fill out the form below and upload the required documents. the Admissions Department will receive your application and reach out to you directly.
Review & Approval
The Admissions Department will review your application and reach out to your family. We may invite you for a visit or a brief conversation so we can get to know each other. Once approved, you'll receive instructions to complete registration.
Complete Online Registration
After approval, families complete the online registration packet using the portal that matches their student's grade level.
Enroll Lafayette
Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4 families complete the online application through Enroll Lafayette.
