Sports Programs
HFCS offers a range of athletic programs that develop skill, sportsmanship, and school spirit across every season.
Athletic Fee
The athletic fee covers participation in HFCS sports programs and is charged per student.
Programs are planned offerings and may be available based on student interest and coaching availability. Contact the Athletics Director for the latest season schedules and team tryout dates.
Student Athlete Signup
Interested in joining an HFCS team? Registration is handled through PlayMetrics. Create your account and register your student athlete to get practice and tryout details.
Parental Consent Information
Please have the following information ready when registering your student athlete in PlayMetrics.
Emergency Medical Authorization
Authorize staff to seek medical care in an emergency and provide relevant doctor, insurance, health condition, and medication information.
Photo & Media Preference
Choose whether your child may be photographed or recorded for school publications, the website, social media, and local media.
Authorized Pickup
List every person permitted to pick up your child. Identification may be required at sign-out.
Parent Acknowledgment
Certify that the information provided is complete and accept the participation policies with your signature and date.
